Periodically, Artistry in Photography accepts interns, trainees and/or jr. photographers. The owner, Stephanie, has a B.S, in K-12, Art Education. She oversees instruction and issues a framed certificate upon training completion. The program is designed for high school Seniors, college students and recent grads. Training requires a minimum of 20hrs/week, 12:00-5:00 Mon -Sat. Trainees are put on the fast track and begin earning commission as soon as 4 weeks into their training. Contracts are customized and equipment will be provided. Training may include commission, if the trainee is shooting. Applicants must be: self-starters, positive, highly motivated, art loving, detail oriented, quick on their feet, computer savvy & well spoken. We are now hiring experienced photographers/editors. All Artistry photographers edit in Elements, CS2 and CS3. Artistry is a Nikon Studio. There are 2 positions available. Photographers will enjoy regular advancements, working from home, independence, advertising specific to them, high commissions, an on line body of work, enriched training, and a ready made, formula for success. Rooms full of high quality props and wardrobes are at our photographers disposal. First, applicants should send in their resumes and/or photo copies of their folio. Feel free to call and confirm we received it. Sometimes weeks of urgencies pass before we get back to interviewing/hiring. We will contact those we would like to interview. Calling on awesome web designers, you know who you are! It's time your skills paid off! Artistry In Photography is sponsoring a WEB DESIGN CONTEST. The winner will receive $7,000 in photography services and 1 year of advertising on both of our websites. 2nd and 3rd place winners will be linked and listed as runners up on both websites. Hobbyist are welcome. We prefer correspondence via email. The winning site must be fully accessible by Artistry. Sites must have unlimited upload space, be audio animated and stream video. All flash technology is encouraged. Uploads should be fast. Images should retain quality. Sage greens and scroll work should be incorporated in a dramatic, vintage and clean fashion. Blacks are powerful, too cliche and too dark for us. Software and templates are fine if they get us the end result. First round auditions should be sent in storyboard form. Moving forward, we need only see the layout coming together as proposed. Then we draw up the contract!
